Since winning the BBC Mega- Chef award I have built up a reputation
for innovation, for pushing the boundaries of Indian cuisine – indeed for
initiating the revolution of ‘Fusion’ cooking!

So, given this new eclectic menu, it will not come as a surprise to the pantheon of connoisseurs in Winchester and Southampton, that the next evolution in Indian gastronomy will come from me too.

What’s it all about? Quite simply: ethics, quality and taste - translated into the
practice of ‘Going Local’ by creating a menu comprising dishes prepared from local produce of the highest quality, with a level of thought and preparation to match. This is brought together in full support of ‘Slow Food’ – a global movement to protect the pleasures of the table from the homogenisation of modern fast food and life.

And so, in this menu you will find distinctive and original dishes made from organic and local produce wherever possible – all with undeniable flair. Enjoy!
